The residence has five brand new appartements of various sizes that can accommodate 2 to 6 people.
All appartements have a balcony overlooking the Sassolungo and are furnished with care to make them cozy and comfortable.
Each apartment has a dishwasher, induction stovetop, combined fridge, microwave, coffee machine, satellite TV and Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels.
We offer daily maid service or final cleaning.
Check-in from 14.00, check-out by 9.00.

A local visitor tax of Euro 2,10 per person and day is also payable (except for children under 14).
The purpose of this tax is to maintain the natural and cultural treasures of the region.
For the final payment we accept cash and debit cards (no credit cards).

PRICES FOR CHILDREN IN ROOM WITH PARENTS

DEPOSIT
The booking is binding with the sending of a deposit, which can be sent by bank transfer or money order.
Cancellation conditions:
The cancellation has to be made in writing form.
Up to 90 days before arrival there is no charge, the deposit can be repaid except € 50,00 for administrative costs
From 90 days before arrival the deposit will not be refunded.
From 30 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount;
from 14 days before arrival we charge 70% and from 6 days before arrival 80% of the total amount.
By cancellations on the arrival day, in case of no-show without previous cancellation, post-arrival or pre-departure, the total amount will be charged.
